MJB Marc Jacques Burton

The label MJB Marc Jacques Burton was launched in May 2015 and is named after its founder. It is a luxury British street-wear label. Pieces are designed in London and crafted in Italy. Marc Burton, founder, and creative director designs collections for people who live by his motto “Live your Dream”. Folks who are individuals and innovators leading in their field, ready to push boundaries. These values and qualities are reflected in each piece.

The designs of MJB Marc Jacques Burton are inspired by the Brit Punk scene of the 70s. People of this movement had a strong opinion and identity which they underlined through their look. Often their clothes were artistically modified. Similar to the 70s punk followers, MJB expresses its perspectives through the brand’s clothes.

MJB uses the finest Italian materials and craftsmanship to bring to life its designs from the streets of London. All of the pieces are made from the most luxurious materials, with maximum comfort in mind.  Be it on stage or jetting around, each piece is designed so that it can be worn in different ways depending on the mood and situation of the wearer.

The brand started with Marc’s hand-painting unique leather jackets. This evolved creating demand amongst celebrities and was the beginning of the luxury menswear brand it is today. In early 2016, MJB started to integrate art into the designs and the collection evolved from leather jackets to include the most opulent hand-distressed bomber jackets, denim jackets, jeans, t-shirts, and hoodies, all produced in Italy. Will.I.Am was one of the first to commission an MJB leather jacket. Nowadays the brand is worn by a bunch of celebrities like Tom Hardy, Marilyn Manson, Zayn Malik, Gigi Hadid, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff of Migos, Pink, David Guetta, just to mention a few.
